How to make a hotel reservation

To make a hotel reservation, it is necessary to fill in the On-line Accommodation Form only for Holiday Inn.

Reservations will be processed on a “first come, first-served” basis. Due to heavy demand and the fact that distribution of rooms in many hotels is limited, please book your accommodation as soon as possible.

All reservations without credit cards or with not valid credit cards or incorrect credit card details will not be confirmed by the Hotel.


Cancellation conditions

Reservations at Holiday Inn can be cancelled without penalty until 28 days prior to arrival.

In case of cancellation less than 28 days prior to arrival till 7 days, the Hotel charges one night as a cancellation fee.

In case of cancellation, early departure or other changes less than 7 days prior to arrival or no-show, the Hotel charges full length of stay as reserved as cancellation fees.

In case of a no show, the room will be kept for the guest until 12 noon of the day following the date of expected arrival; then the room will be released.

All reservations without credit cards or with not valid credit cards or incorrect credit card details will not be confirmed by the Hotel.


Methods of payment

Accommodation expenses must be guaranteed by valid CC.
